The story follows Padraic, who is an unassuming Irishman. He lives with his sister Siobhan in the 1920s. He spends his days awaiting the right moment to visit the neighborhood bar and have a drink with his close friend Colm. Years of collaboration between the two have come to an end after Colm rejected Padraic’s business. He told the bewildered man that their friendship was finished and to stay away.
