The Equalizer 3 2023

It is the third installment in The Equalizer film trilogy, but in each of director Antoine Fuqua’s vigilante films, the audience is never told who protagonist Robert McCall is trying to equalize. As a retired U.S. Navy officer and former Defense Intelligence officer, he likely has regrets in his life that he tries to forget and seeks to remedy the situation by beating up the bad guys in extremely brutal ways for the benefit of those around him.
