The episode continues where the last one left off, with Loki attempting to repair the Temporal Loom which is in danger of collapsing due to the infinite branching timelines by using his time-slipping powers to return to the TVA. He meets up with his old friends Mobius, O.B., Casey, Hunter B-15, and Victor Timely along the journey, and they assist him in formulating a strategy to increase the Loom’s capacity and bring the Sacred Timeline back into order. But no matter how many times Loki travels back in time to tweak the scheme, he is unable to stop the Loom from overwhelming and wiping out every timeline save the Sacred one.
