Appendage 2023

Hannah, a young fashion designer, is the main character of the novel. She reaches a breaking point as her life starts to spiral out of control after her inner thoughts start to manifest as a horrific creature that threatens her and everything she values. Appendage, a Zlokovic short film, is fairly good and had the makings of a feature-length movie. The finished product, however, could have been better suited as a short film because, although having a running duration of about 95 minutes, it feels stretched out and finds it difficult to keep momentum. Appendage explores numerous different types of horror, including psychological horror, bodily horror, and horror humour.
